5pm in Munich – I am checking my last mails for today in order to rush in the next 5 minutes through the afterwork traffic to be on time at my tennis club – but completely stressed out on court. The ball hitting goes very well, but after having played two points in the first set the frustration is high. Same procedure like last week.

“Those who are living in big cities should avoid playing tennis in the evening. Get up and play an early bird session. This is the solution for stress free tennis.”

Early birds are fit @work

Imagine you get up in the morning. Sure, when the alarm rings at 6 o’clock it’s not easy, but the day starts with good vibes. Have a cup of coffee and drive to your tennis club without stress and traffic jams.

“There’s no better moment than having the tennis court for yourself at sunny 10 degrees in the morning.”

Early birds are fresh in mind

What I started last year, I will continue successfully this year. #EarlyBirdTennis gives you a perfect start into the day, gets you moving before your work and is simply the best time to be on court.

Try to be the first on court once a week. What is difficult to understand at first, proves to be a real added value after 2-3 times.

I am #inlovewithEarlyBirdsTennis
